(hereinafter "Stick'it", "we" or "us")
Stick'it is responsible for processing the personal data collected via the
the stick1t.ch website, exchanges via email or any other communication channel
associated with its commercial activities.

2. Data collected

We only collect the data necessary to provide our
services, namely:
- Identification data: name, surname, address, telephone, email.
- Order and payment details: products purchased, payment method,
invoices.
- Visual data: graphic or visual files submitted for design purposes
of stickers.
- Technical data: information from site usage (IP address,
device type, essential cookies).
No sensitive data (as defined in the nLPD, art. 5 let. c) is collected nor
treated.

3. Purposes of the processing

The data is processed exclusively for:
- Order execution and management,
- Billing and accounting,
- communication with clients,
- improving the website and customer service,
- compliance with Swiss legal obligations (e.g. accounting records).
No automated decisions within the meaning of the nLPD are made on the basis of these
data.

4. Disclosure of data to third parties

The data may be transmitted to strictly limited service providers
necessary for the performance of the contract:
- Payment services (Twint, banks, card providers),
- Carriers or postal services,
- IT hosting providers (website hosting, file backup).
These partners are located in Switzerland or the European Union and
guarantee a level of protection equivalent to the nLPD.
No data is sold, rented, or transmitted to third parties for purposes
advertisers.

5. Shelf life

The data is stored:
- For the duration necessary to perform the contract,
- Then archived for 10 years to meet accounting requirements and
tax (art. 958f CO).
The visual files provided by the seller are deleted upon request or at
later than 12 months after delivery of the product, unless explicitly agreed to
reuse.

7. Data Security

Stick'it applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to
protect data against loss, unauthorized access, disclosure or
modification.
Access to the data is limited to those strictly necessary for their
treatment.

8. Cookies and analytics tools

The stick1t.ch website only uses cookies essential for its operation.
(e.g., shopping cart, user session).
No advertising tracking or profiling tools are implemented.

The user can configure their browser to refuse cookies, but
Some site functions may then be limited.

9. Rights of the persons concerned

In accordance with the nLPD, any data subject has the following rights:
- Right of access to one's data,
- Right of rectification,
- Right to erasure (within legal limits),
- Right to object or withdraw consent,
- Right to data portability where applicable.

10. Transfer abroad

Data is only transferred outside of Switzerland or the EU if the country
concerned guarantees an adequate level of protection recognized by the Commissioner
federal data protection and transparency authority (FDPIC).
No transfers to high-risk countries take place without the explicit consent of the
customer.

11. Modifications

This policy may be updated to comply with changes in the
legislation or the site.
The current version is the one published on stick1t.ch at the time of the
order.
