Delivery Policy
1. Delivery methods and areas
Stick'it delivers its products exclusively to Switzerland and Liechtenstein, to the address
indicated by the Buyer when ordering. Deliveries are made by
Swiss Post or by another carrier mandated by the Seller. No
shipment is not made to PO boxes or incomplete addresses.
2. Processing and shipping times
The delivery times mentioned on the site are indicative. They include the time
production (especially for personalized products) and transport. The
Seller strives to meet these deadlines, but cannot be held responsible for
delays due to circumstances beyond its control, such as delays
postal services, logistical disruptions, strikes, or force majeure events
meaning of art. 119 CO.
In the event of a foreseeable delay, the Buyer will be informed by email.
3. Delivery costs
Delivery costs are clearly indicated before validation of the
order. They include packaging and shipping costs. In case of
multiple orders, Stick'it reserves the right to make partial deliveries,
at no additional cost to the Buyer.
4. Receipt and verification of products
The Buyer is required to check the condition of the goods upon receipt.
Any apparent anomaly (damaged package, obvious error) must be reported
to the carrier upon receipt, then communicated to Stick'it within the
14-day period of the general conditions of sale, with supporting photos.
The Buyer's silence within this period constitutes acceptance of the delivery.
5. Undelivered or Refused Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, repeated absence or
unjustified refusal, the reshipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
If the latter does not claim the package within the time limit set by the carrier, the
Seller may charge administrative fees or terminate the sale after notice
written, in accordance with art. 107 CO.
6. Transfer of risks and liability
In accordance with Art. 185 CO, the risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the package
to the carrier, unless delivery is provided directly by Stick'it (installation on
site).
In the event of loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery to the
carrier, the Buyer must file a claim with the postal service
concerned. Stick'it will assist the Buyer in this process, without however
assume direct responsibility for the carrier.
7. Force majeure
No liability can be incurred in the event of force majeure.
