International delivery – Customs duties and taxes

Stick'It ships its products from Switzerland to many countries.
around the world.

Orders destined for foreign countries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local VAT or customs clearance fees, depending on the legislation in force in the country of destination.

These potential costs are:

• determined by the customs authorities of the client's country,

• independent of Stick'It's will,

• and entirely at the customer's expense.
  

Stick'It has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount in advance.

The customer is responsible for checking with the relevant authorities in their country regarding any additional costs applicable to their purchase.

If the customer refuses to pay the import fees, and if the package is returned to Stick'It, any return, customs or processing fees charged will be deducted from the refund.
By confirming their order, the customer accepts these conditions.
